Lisa Tamm is responsible for maintaining first class accounting and human resources at ID. As an HR manager her responsibility is dual, keeping both well-being and performance at top levels. Her ability to observe and balance the micro and the macro perspectives is a prerequisite for realizing business objectives and profitability – and acknowledging how important details can be for employee commitment and job satisfaction.
